Laundry

Guest laundry is done every second day along with all bed linen and towels, using hypoallergenic detergents that are highly biodegradable, simply put your laundry in the basket provided and it will be returned to your room the following day there is a small service charge for this.

Massage

Full in-house massage service is available as well as sports massage you simply need to let the manager know and they will book it in.

Telephone/Internet

Other than 3G network phones your mobile will not work in Japan. Guests can receive incoming calls on the lodge number but outgoing calls are restricted to emergency situations. There is FREE Wi-Fi available throughout the lodge so we recommend you install the Skype application on your home computer and you will be able to call home for free through the lodge computer or your own laptop.

Bar/Games

Our bar "Lucky Fingers" has a full range of beer, spirits and wine and is open most days from 5.00PM. We also accept Visa and Mastercard at normal Japanese service charges. The lodge also has an extensive selection of board games and a DVD library for guest use.

Equipment Room/Drying room.

Located on the lower level of the lodge our equipment room and huge walk-in drying room is set up with specific racks for your various bits of equipment and outerwear and we also have a comfortable couch for getting boots on and off, full tuning stations that include waxing irons and waxing equipment. We also have a vending machine with everything from beer to soft drinks.

Communications

Telephone/Internet.

While the lodge has full telephone communications guests are only able receive incoming calls. Also remember that most mobile phones other than 3 G ones do not work in Japan. We do however have Wi-Fi through out the entire lodge and this is FREE of charge. There is a lodge computer for guests use or you can use your own lap top to access the internet. We RECOMEND you download the fantastic Skype application on your home computer before your trip and you should then be able to call home free of charge.

The lodge is contactable 24/7 and you should at no time be out of the loop with home, business and loved ones.
